Top 10 countries I have to visit before I kick the bucket!
Sri Lanka
Number 1 has been Sri Lanka since my birth, because my dad was born here. I would love to visit my fatherland, meet family, discover the amazing nature and I hope for some personal insights.
PERU
The history and nature attracts me a lot and Machu Picchu is a dream destination for me! I would love to get to know more about the people, photograph them and get to know the culture. (Look at the Alpaca, isn’t it super cute?). Apparently you can see those everywhere in Peru!
CAMBODIA
Another stunning monument on this earth is Angkor Wat and I need to see it with my own eyes! The culture and history seem so interesting to me, lately I have been reading a few books about khmer rouge (as we don’t learn much about it at school) and it is unbelievable what happened there. This makes me even more wanting to go, so I can get to know more about it.
IRAN
I have heard many great things about it. It is not crowded with tourists yet and I think the history is very interesting. I would love to get to know more about the Persians and the inhabitants. I have met some people from Iran and they are really friendly. Lastly I think the mosques in Iran are detailled and very pretty.
Jamaica
Chill vibes, stunning nature, great music (I hear Bob Marley right now), diving in blue waters… sounds like paradise for me!
Morocco
I have to admit I have been to Morocco, but only for two days and in a hurry. In these two days I fell in love with Morocco! Chefchaouen was amazing, the people were very nice and the nature was absolutely stunning.
South Africa
Cape Town, Table Mountain, seeing the big 5 on a safari (I have never been on a safari), the interesting history… can I go now please?!
United Arab Emirates
Extreme luxury… who wouldn’t want to experience that for once. But at the same time there are also a few old towns you can visit and I am very interested in the (guess what?) culture. I loved loved loved Singapore and I think the vibe here is almost the same (please tell me if I am wrong).
United States of America
New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Grand Canyon… too many things to visit and all great. Not only the cities look great to me, but also the nature like Zion National Park and the desert. I would love to go on a road trip here!
India
A country with many mysteries. The Taj Mahal is a must-see for me. I am also interested In the people, culture and nature. Next to that, my boyfriend is from India, so that is another big reason for me to go.
Which country is definitely on your list and what do you think of my list?
